Live Training

Schedule a live training event for yourself and your max group of 6.  If you’re out-of-state and want to travel to southern California, then Orange County welcomes you. Noritz will provide hands-on training one company at a time.

Available Courses

R23: Maintenance and Teardown 

Post installation training covering service and maintenance topics discussed in the flyer and a complete heater teardown.  One contractor group (max 10) will navigate the residential remote, explore the PROCard App in a live demonstration, and complete a full teardown of any tankless water heater. The group will takeaway a Noritz descale kit to perform annual service maintenance.

C3: Hands-On Troubleshooting 

Live hands-on training at our facilities in Orange County, CA.  One contractor group (max 6) must resolve a minimum of five troubleshooting scenarios and will take away a SPK-# service parts kit, RC remote, and service manual to set them up for same day service.

ADT: All-Day Training 

Noritz will training you on any topics for up to one full working day: sizing, installation, sales and marketing strategy, service, teardown, commercial rack systems and applications, common venting, and combination boilers.  One contractor group (max 6) will take away a service parts kit (SPK-#), remote (RC-####), service manual, swag, all meals.
